How does the personalization work?+
Choose your product, enter your details (date, location, text, etc.) and see a live preview in real-time. Once satisfied, add it to your cart.
What paper quality do you use?+
We print on 250g/m² premium matte paper with archival inks. Canvas prints use museum-quality cotton canvas. All materials are FSC-certified.
How long does shipping take?+
We print locally in your country to minimize shipping distance. Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days within the EU.
Can I get my poster framed?+
Yes! We offer three formats: Poster (unframed), Canvas (gallery-wrapped), and Framed (solid wood frame with glass). Each format is available in three sizes.
What sizes are available?+
All products come in three sizes: 30×40, 40×50, and 50×70 cm. Canvas and framed options are available for larger sizes.
Is the star map astronomically accurate?+
Yes. Our star maps use NASA and Yale Bright Star Catalog data to calculate the exact constellation visible from your chosen date, time, and location.
Can I return or exchange my poster?+
Since each poster is individually created, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a printing error or shipping damage, we will replace it free of charge.
Do you ship outside the EU?+
Currently we ship to all 27 EU member states. We are working on expanding to the UK, Switzerland, and Norway.
