1. Our Commitment

NOCTPRINTS strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. We continuously work to improve the user experience for all people — regardless of their individual abilities or the technology they use.

2. Current Accessibility Status

Our website partially meets the requirements of WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The following measures have already been implemented:

• Sufficient color contrast between text and background (WCAG 1.4.3)
• Keyboard navigation for all essential functions (WCAG 2.1.1)
• Semantic HTML structure with correct heading hierarchy (WCAG 1.3.1)
• ARIA labels for interactive elements
• Responsive design for different screen sizes and devices
• Local hosting of fonts (no external requests)

3. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts regarding accessibility, there are some known limitations:

• The live preview of poster designs is visual in nature and cannot currently be fully conveyed through screen readers.
• Some older product images may not have fully descriptive alt texts. We are working on updating them.

5. Enforcement Procedure

If you do not receive a satisfactory solution after contacting us, you can contact the relevant enforcement body. They can examine whether the accessibility requirements are being met through an arbitration procedure.
